Shipping policy

Please note: If the recipient is not home, our delivery drivers will leave flowers in a safe, undercover spot if deemed safe to do so. A calling card will be left, and photo taken of the location. We cannot be responsible for flowers (or additional items) once they have been left at the designated address. By placing an order with 'Florever' you adhere to and understand these terms. 

Florever may call or text the recipient prior to delivery to ensure a safe, hassle-free drop, but don't worry, we won't spoil the surprise! 

 

Florever is only delivering to the Mackay area and is restricted by a delivery radius, we do not post arrangements.

 DELIVERIES DETAILS:

Order before 5pm for next business day local delivery. 

All deliveries will be made during the hours of 9am - 2pm weekdays.

If you have a preferred delivery time in-between 9am-2pm please note this in the 'special delivery instructions' - if I am able to accommodate you, I will, but I cannot make any guarantee! 

For future orders please select the SPECIFIC date on the drop down calendar. 

Delivery is not guaranteed on Public Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

 

RECIPIENTS DELIVERY DETAILS:

• Full Name 
• Full Address - Include Unit Numbers, any Business Names, are they a Staff Member/ Guest - Hotel/Motel name & room number (if applicable) etc (Any additional information needed to delivery efficiently helps) 
• Phone Number 

PERSONAL DETAILS: Please ensure you leave your own personal detail in the case of us needing any additional delivery information, product changes etc
